Need some quick help guys with an ACOG and fixed FSB....

Ok I have a chance to purchase a 3x24 compact ACOG on a Larue mount…placed it on the rifle, but i get the ghost silouette of the fixed FSB in the lower 1/3 of my sight picture…it drives me crazy.

I have read that using the TA60 or the AD B2 mount will jack up the ACOG a little higher so this would be a non issue…is this true? I have seen threads that say yes…and some that say no

It has never bothered me just suck it up

I had same problem. I found that the darker the FSB is the better. I use matte black paint on it. You will soon learn to ignore it.

I didnt ask if it bothered you…your opinion means little to me

I asked a specific question does the TA60 or ADM B2 mount raise the Compact ACOG up high enough to make the ghost appearance of the fixed FSB a non issue…if you have facts to contribute please do…if not move on
