Need help identifying knives

I was given this as a gift some time ago and have since lost communication with the individual that gave it to me. My knife experience is limited to Strider and Benchmade, so I don’t know much about them. Maybe someone could help me with these.
First up:

Came in a little black case with a zipper…no writing anywhere on the knife. I wouldn’t know where to start with a search since I wouldn’t know what name to search for.

Second is this:

My neighbor had a bonfire, had too much to drink, and somehow this got tossed into the fiery inferno. Needless to say, it’s mine now, and I don’t know who makes it, also no marks of any kind. There is a push button that releases the knife so you can close it, and it looks like it had grips on it at one time before it was lit on fire. The neighbor of mine has a lot of knives (expensive knives), so chances are that this isn’t a cheap knife. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I’m not positive, but the top one looks like Dwaine Carillo’s work.

If you got one of his knives as a gift, you have some nice friends.

Thanks for the heads up, I’ll have to look around there.
I found a small logo on the right side…

The top one has the button lock, pivot and style of Allen Elishewitz. If so, it could be a very expensive gift.

The first knife is Definitely an Elishewitz. The gold inset logo is his TM. It looks like the CRKT Pharaoh model but I don’t believe they ever did a Damascus offering. I would guess you have one of Allen’s custom builds. Very nice.

I got nuthin’ on the second one.

I think this is an original by Allen. It is quite a high end blade. Want to sell it?

Thanks for the heads up, you’re right about it.

Thanks, I looked it up on their site, so like you said it may be a custom one.
Now that I know who makes it, I’ll just email them and see what they say about it.

Sorry, but I’m going to keep this one, unless of course you have an extra ATPIAL laying around. Heh…

Thanks gentlemen, now just have to see if anyone can chime in about the second one…

Just an update for anyone interested, I heard back from Allen Elishewitz, the first knife is an Elishewitz Pirate; he doesn’t make it anymore. The first one is still an enigma…
Thanks or the help guys.
