Pretty basic right now as I’ve had my attention focused elsewhere. Eagle SPC with an MTV cummerbund and 4 ESAPIs. Three single mag pouches up front with a double on my 11:00 which has enough retention to function as a speed reload pouch too.
I need a few things but can’t find them anywhere:
Hydration: I know I’ve heard “rumors” about a hydration pouch that is almost the same size as the back of the Eagle SPC but I haven’t been able to find it. Edit: Emdom, thats what I’ve been looking for. I found it.
Holster: I would like to carry a G19 with a Streamlight TLR 1 on my belt but so far haven’t found any MOLLE attachable holsters for it. Even if I ditch the G19 is Blackhawk SERPA my best/only bet?
Medical: My “butt pouch” is for my NVG mount, NVGs, and other miscellaneous stuff that I won’t need to use at a moments notice. I have a pouch up front for a flashlight, leatherman, map, etc I think the best place for an IFAK-type bag is under my support arm pit or on my chest. Any ideas?

Medical pouch - best one I’ve found is the Blue Force Gear Trauma Kit Now! I have one my plate carrier that is worn under my left arm.

SOE has a tear-off IFAK that is the perfect size for immediate casualty care, and I filled mine with ITS’s ETA kit.
As far as holsters I carry a level III safariland dropleg on my LEO gear, and have a Level II Serpa mounted on the Molle adapter attached directly to my plate carrier for my Marine Corps rig.

Blade Tech makes good holsters for pistols with lights, I’m pretty sure they have MOLLE ones also. You can’t go wrong with Safariland though. Make sure you can reach your IFAK easily with either hand and it doesn’t interfere with drawing your pistol. For a hydration pouch check out Eagle, they make the issue pouches for the SPC or if all else falls there are some side mounted ones but I can’t think of who makes them.
