Hi there well I thought I has a LMT lower but the place I bought it from made a mistake they only have the M4 collasping stock’s. Does anyone know where I can get a fixed stock perferriably a complete Sabre Defense stock, or will any lower work the upper I have is a 20" thanks.
Any lower will work with any size upper. So, you can put your 20" rifle length upper on any lower, and put whatever stock you want provided you have the correct buffer tube for the lower.
So basically I can go with any fixed stock lower?
Yeah, but realize that some finishes are darker/lighter shades of black and that if you have the ability to check them together if you are concerned with that. Sabre has a very deep looking black
The lower and the stock are two different things. You can put any tube/stock you want on any lower. There is no difference in the lowers for rifle and carbine length uppers if that’s what you’re ultimately asking.
So yes, get any lower you want. You can get lowers with stocks already installed/included, or get your own tube and stock and install it yourself. If you go that route, just keep in mind commercial/milspec tubes (they are different), and the springs and buffers are different for rifle and carbine length tubes. As long as you match the buffer, tube, spring, and stock you can put that assembly on any lower.
