Need a good laser/light combo for a polymer pistol.

Really want to get both functions in one piece. I like the look of the Surefire X400 but that product is exactly the price of a new gun.

Any solid alternatives?

Thank you

I don’t mind spending a little money and the reviews on these are excellent. Seems more like it.

I’ll second the streamlight recommended above.

While they won’t win 1st place in the lumen contest, on a pistol the TRL-1 runs a good balance between cost and performance. The X300 is the next step up. Both are great products and in most holster makers line ups as options.

Another option is looking around for a used Surefire. I personally have done that in the past.

The TLR-1HL is 130 lumens brighter than the X300U and typically ~$80 cheaper.

Surefire or streamlight. You’ll be happy with either.

Surefire, all day… Every day…
