I looked around to see if this had been posted but didn’t notice anything. What are your thoughts on this. Before reading I thought this would be a lot more pro gun but after reading I feel like it is more like a bill to support local business than it is to support the 2A. Guess ill say by to my glocks and troy if the Feds ever come.
Does 14-409.52 (a) supersede NFA laws?
So you dont have enough posts to put this in the GD… What makes you think you can go ahead and post it in the AR GD??? You’ve been here since December 2012. Haven’t you noticed the numerous other posts of this nature in the AR GD get closed?
After reading this it’s purpose is to prevent the Federal Govt, or any publice servent from enforcing a Federal firearms laws in NC concerning firearms or any accessories associated with firearms that are manufactured soley within NC. The State cannot regulate interstate commerce but they can regulate INTRASTATE commerce. With this legislation NC is basically telling the Fed. Govt. that it will not allow them to infringe upon it’s citizens 2nd Amendment rights when it comes to NC produced firearms and accessories.
