I was a police officer during the hay days of meth labs in TN. I was busting 2 or 3 a month, all incidental to regular calls for service or traffic stops. Those things were hazmat sites that were dangerous to be around. I’ve seen them use all kind of chemicals to cook- muriatic acid, brake cleaner, acetone, etc…. Crazy stuff you would not want to put in your body.

Make entry into a house fire fueled by a meth lab. We never really know until after the fire is out the hazmat nightmare that we have just waded through. Blood tests and professional gear cleaning is mandatory. Followed by the standard State Police interrogation “Didn’t you know it was a Meth Lab?”

And there are women that when told by the authorities that they would be ravaged by a wild Great Ape, would go home to coordinate a nice lingerie outfit for the festivities.
Most are White, slightly overweight and tend to work in nursing, but what the hey??
