Stuff like this irks me.
Da Fudge! So how are they going to link the gun to the terrorists, I mean undocumented hitman, I mean workers.
Why would the prosecutors ask questions about something that can’t be brought up at trial?
Is the fence hoping to save it since the guns came through government program that somehow there defendants are less guilty for that there’s some conspiracy or something?
On one hand I would love to hear that the ATF is being dragged through the mud of being idiots that allowed guns into the hands of narco-terrorists. On the other hand, that tidbit of information is just a distraction from the murder. Where those deuchenozzles got the gun from is immaterial to the case.
That was my thought too especially if it does nothing but help the defense.
