mystery ar/pistol mag combo pouch

On the VTAC Brokos belt informational video at 1:48, one of the rigs has 4 of these tan ar/pistol mag combo pouches. I have not been able to find anything like this anywhere…does anyone actually know who makes these? It looks very similar to an Eagle FD pouch.
