It just arrived today and I could not be more pleased. It was built by Ken Kubin of Global Military Gunsmithing and he did an absolutely outstanding job. The rivet work is simply flawless. Now that my fairly local AK gunsmith has limited his AK time Ken Kubin will be getting all of my AK gunsmith work.

Very cool Krink. Did you purchase a kit and send it in to be built or did you purchase it on a form 4 through a local CL3? Just wondering as this is exactly what I’m looking for in a Krink.

Not Dinger, but he purchased the kit and receiver, sent it off to Ken, did his paperwork, and Ken built it up as a SBR and shipped it back.

Thanks Templar, you don’t know how many NFA questions/concerns you just put to rest for me. This makes me want to order a kit from Sportsman’s Guide and a receiver from NDS for my own.

Does the muzzle device unscrew, or is that perm?

It unscrews, it’s a 24mm RH thread.

AK’s come in two main flavors, 14/1mm lh threaded muzzle on AK-47’s and AKM’s, and 24mm rh threaded front sight blocks on Russian, East German, and Bulgarian AK-74’s and Russian and Bulgarian “Krinks”.
