Thought I’d help add to the new forums…
Base rifle was a Remington 700 Vamint Synthetic .308win
The Stock is a solid molded McMillan HTG with sniper fill under the action for added weight.
The bbl is a Mike Rock 20" pipe. 1.250" at the breech with a straight taper to 1.000" at the muzzle.
The recoil lug, trigger guard, one piece scope base, and rings are all Badger Ordnance.
The trigger is a Jewell set to 3lbs with .75mm of travel
The glass is a M1LR 3.5x10 with a Premiere Reticles mildot reticle (cross hairs are etched, not a wire)
The stock pack is Eagle Industries.
If I do my part, and with proper ammunition, this rifle is capable of 1/3 MOA.
not so precision now but wait till I get it all sent and back from GA also look forward to seeing you out this weekend Gunnfixr

Am I going nuts or is the first rifle a lefty?
Both pictures above have left handed ejection… You guys both left handed or is the board mirroring pictures?
That looks like a big ole’ lefty bolt handle to me too. The stock saddle also makes it look a little uncomfortable for a right hander too.
ETA: They must both be left handers as the other images on the site don’t appear to be mirrored.

Yup, both Lefties. Stick looks good, T.
Thanks. I’ll be running it this Saturday at the match…
Post that sweet group you shot.
Those dudes shoot from the wrong side of the rifle.
You’re both wrong, and right…or is that left? I’m a freak, I like shooting left handed, with right handed guns and vice versa.
You broke it!
Your mother and I told you not to leave it laying around!
And from another Lefty shooting righty guns…
Nice sticks you all have there.
man thats cool im a lefty too…my savage 10 is a lefty too…

Not an M40 but… Remington 700 .300 Remington ultra mag. Choate varmint stock and Shepherd 3-10 scope
Here’s mine. Not an M40 but close. Mines a Rem 700 Police DM (.308) that was reworked by PWS Quantico, who lapped the action, glass bedded it and did the trigger job on it. Before I had John Noveske cut it to 20" and thread the muzzle it was shooting 1.3" groups at 300yds at Quantico Range 1 with 175gr BH ammo. Since the shortening and running the AAC Cyclone I’ve not noticed any less accuracy, if anything it’s more accurate now. At 100yds I can put 10 rounds into about 1/2".
ok this one is in a little better shape
