UPDATE!!!well First off I have to thank everyone here on M4C for your help and knowledge .
after buying a few parts, I found this site and “the chart” .and I soon found myself selling parts and buying the parts that fit my needs better.so here she is just like what they handed me at FT KNOX.(well almost no go fast switch)

And No" LEO or MIL ONLY" marks (I hate that for some reason)

I had the Barrel Pinned By Steve at ADCO as you can see in the Picture I had them pin the FH on the Bottom and it was perfect .Steve Is the MAN!!:slight_smile:

I like it adco did a real good job on the Saber Def ext a2. What was the turn around time from adco ? Have you decided on a sling.

super fast, I sent it to Steve last Monday and had it back a week later.I got a new GI issue Black Sling I am putting on it for now, til I find something better.I Just got to go sight it in someday if I ever get a day off from work…I am really pleased with the way it turned out :slight_smile:

people “store” their weapons hammer-down, chamber empty, mag inserted… variation on Condition 3. this is how all my ARs, but my go-to, are stored. go-to is condition 1.

Very nice. Where did you get the extended Saber A2? I have been trying to get one for a while, but can’t find them in stock anywhere.

I lucked up and got one from Bravo Company ,just before the Buying frenzy took off.I have to say it is a real nice Extended A2 FH Sabre did a great job on this part. You could get on the “email when in stock” feature on BCM website and hope you get to them before they sell out .I wanted to keep this as close to what I trained with but Alabama failed to pass the SBR ruling last session so I had to pin it.Next I need to mount a light on it.

You’re right. All you’re missing is a Colt lower. Looks good.

A lower is a lower and if it works for you then great!

MMMM are you trying to make me Broke :eek:.I think I will stick with the Pmags,But if he wants to get rid of them , Oh wait!!! Must not buy anything for a while!!! ( said in shaking voice:))

thinking of making a long range set up for my better half she is damn set on me building her something:( Means no new toys for me for a while.
I have a keyhole flat top M4 upper receiver sitting in the safe too

I did notice the “different feel” between the Colt grip and the one on the double star .colt feels more rubber texture and the DS is straight up Plastic feeling
