I’m torn on comp right now and stock
I built a Mega MA-Ten Mono back in September. I did a lot of research on which muzzle brake to put on and ended up getting an OPS Inc and love it. It allows the user to spot splashes easily and can correct if it’s a miss. The blast isn’t unbearable if you’re behind or slightly to the side not shooting.
Also the noise isn’t bad. My M1A with 22 inch bbl and flash hider was just as bad. I shot once and my brother shot mine once on our last weekend of hunting. You definitely knew there was a muzzle brake but it wasn’t bad. I shoot mine with plugs at the range and love it.
The only reason I will change is when I can get funds together to buy a can. Then I’ll use the supplied TBAC for the 30BA.
I’ve seen a couple places recommend the OPS inc - guess I’m going to have to look hard at that one and do some research on it.
