I’ve been lurking a bit, mainly following the optics threads, and it’s time for a post.
Greetings,
I now have 200 rounds down range on my Bushy XM15 “Patrolman’s Carbine” and overall I have to say I am happy with it. The rifle is quite accurate and I’m really hard pressed to make a choice on optics; with my aging vision open sights aren’t as fun as they used to be…
Anyway, that not the point  The point is, after reading up - (yes it was an impulse purchase) - I now know I need to stake the gas key some. So here’s the question, do I just stake and get on with it, or find a torque wrench and re-torque the screws first? Thanks.
