I say “build” because I didn’t do much other then buy different complete parts and stick them together but I think this is a step up from my previous manufacturer bought rifles.

Would it be possible for you to go through the above list and tell us why/how you chose each part, maybe what other parts you considered but rejected, etc? It sounds like you own other ARs so there must have been something driving your choices. Even if it’s just “I have a MOE stock on my other guns and wanted to try the UBR because I was happy with the quality of the MOE and wanted to try something from the other end of the Magpul price spectrum” it’s more helpful for newer buyers/shooters than just a list of parts, and it gives you a place where you can come back 2k rounds from now and say “man, I thought I’d like the balance with the UBR but/and…” to give running feedback on your choices.
Just a thought. If everyone did that it would make these kinds of threads more than simply vanity posts and give something back to the forum as a whole.
