I am torn between a 12" DD light rail and the Troy TRX rails on a 16" middy. I would go with the 14.5", but hate the long, pinned brakes/comps.

Rifle is the M4V5. VLTOR Emod. 12’’ lite rail. TD and Magpul goodies. Millet DMS1 on a Bobro mount.
Nice bang stick! Just FYI, the rail system is our Omega X 12.0 Free Float Rail System, not an AR15 Lite Rail.

Here’s my DD, a M4 V1, with the following modifications: GL-Shock butt stock, Gunfighter charging handle, Trijicon ACOG optic with a LaRue ACOG RCO mount, G-Pod front grip/bipod, and after this was taken, I got a BattleComp 1.0 for it, and that’s a Vickers Blue Force sling on it. I’ve also got an Aimpoint Comp M4 for it.

I just picked up my DDM4V1 yesterday. I havent modded it at all yet, but I am planning on getting some OD green furniture eventually.
They look great … I just bought a V1 being shipped as I type… Having trouble sleeping … :lazy: I’ll post pics when she arrives

Thanks man. There wasn’t anything wrong with the charging handle that it came with, I just like the size and feel of the mod 4 latch. It’s just a personal preference thing I guess.
Yeah no problem… Beauty is beauty DD seems to be one of the best… I looked up the CH you put on it looks great. I am sure you can get a better grasp on it with that.
I would have to agree. I love DD products. Definitely top quality. Yea the mod 4 is the medium latch so it isn’t too big to where it snags on things but it’s not too small to where you cant get a good grip on it. It works perfectly for me.
Gentleman she is here … I’m just in amazement on how well she is crafted, simply beautiful, all of the pictures do not do her any justice even though they themselves look absolutely wonderful. Wow what a nice rifle. I will post pictures tmrw… I am glad or should I say proud to be part of the DD pack. I Look forward to furthering my knowledge of these great machines with you all.
