On a more serious note… WOW. Just wow. What an amazing blessing… if there are no athiests in foxholes, I would bet there aren’t many in delivery rooms either.
You are right. There are no atheists in the delivery room. For that matter, there are none when you see the first, grainy image of your child (including his beating heart) on a sonongram.
We are all home now, trying to rest but getting frustrated from wrasslin’ with a stupid suitcase tanning bed. Little Kenna is a bit jaundiced and we’ve got her tented-up in the living room, glowing like an Area 51 autopsy…but that should pass soon.
