My allowable PM storage has changed back to 50, and I am unable to send any messages without clearing out a lot of stored messages. My profile still shows site sponsor, but my PM box isn’t reflecting the same. I was about to send some more support anyway, but is that what is needed to get my storage capacity back up?

How much storage do you have as a site sponsor?
I think it was 300, but I can’t remember now that it isn’t there. All that I do know is that I have too many to send or receive any messages at this time, and don’t really want to trim it back under 50.
300 instead of 50 messages. I think upload storage changes also but I don’t know the numbers.
It does look like your site sponsor status has expired, I just checked the control panel for your account.

I’d say sit tight for the 24 hours the renewal takes, and then you can keep all the PM’s you have now. Hope that helps.
I used the “Become a Site Sponsor” tab, to hopefully speed up the process. I received an email that is titled “Confirmation Message”, but it doesn’t have any content. I’m not sure if that is normal, but I am also unsure if the process is active yet. It wouldn’t allow me to sponsor 1 year, but it did accept 2 years.
Hmmm - that does sound weird. I’ll let the food chain know, and see if there are any knobs or switches that need adjusting.
Or maybe they need to hit the server with a stick. 
My rule has always been that if a hammer won’t fix it then it is an electrical issue. In what state and in whose bathroom is this server located? I have an assortment of hammers.

And most of the pages have not been colored in, and half of the books have words to go with the pictures. Single-syllable words, but words nonetheless.
Process is active. My first email was blank, second was from a person, third was to pay.
There wasn’t a drop down box for ‘years’ when I signed up a couple days ago though. So they are refining it.
I haven’t received any of the follow-up emails yet.
I also appear to have lost my status & therefore, storage capacity. Can a Mod check into this for me? I tried to send a Serious Student a PM but was denied.
By my calculations, this shouldn’t have expired for another couple of years.
It took about a week, with labor day weekend in the middle, for my account status to update after using the “Become a Site Sponsor” tab. You may be able to send Staff or Shivan an email, via viewing their profile. Otherwise, I’m sure that Serious Student will come around this evening, and help you out. If you would like for me to send a PM on your behalf, just let me know.

Yes, the checkbox for Site Sponsor is not there for your account profile. Let me know if you renewed it, and I’ll send it up the food chain.
Is there a way to email you? I looked at your profile but didn’t see a link. I can’t send PMs. My status shouldn’t have expired for another 2-3 years.
…or should I be expecting a refund check in the mail? 
ETA: I checked my records. The status shouldn’t have expired until 6/2018.
The same thing has happened to me. I tried to renew my site sponsor status, but when you select one year the system acts like you left that field blank. When I selected two years it worked but the email I received was blank.
That is how it went for me as well. You will receive another email within the next few days with an invoice and way to pay.
