I have two Vltor A5H3 and one A5H1 in like new condition and would like to step down one weight for each. Straight trade ok if yours is like new.

Thanks to everyone who suggested I swap internal weights to make my own buffers. I used to do this with an early unmarked A5 buffer. Since Vltor marks them now, I prefer the buffer to be true to the label, without having to write what it really is with a paint pen.
I thought some members here might be wishing for a heavier buffer, so a trade would be a win-win for both of us. The H2 (kit standard) and H0 (BCM standard) should be relatively common, I imagine.
