Looking to get a Saker 556, just wondering what you guys prefer a Muzzle break or flash hider under the suppressor and why ?? Thanks.
I recently decided to go with a brake, since ill be leaving the can on the rifle.
Your question depends on the above, and also on the barrel length. The brake will protect blast baffles very well, however, on an SBR you will not enjoy shooting with the brake.
Dedicated can, or part-time can? Barrel length? Night time shooting?
I chose a FH. I shoot with and without the can, and a brake is obnoxious on an SBR
I’m a FH kinda guy, especially with my .mil background. Plus anyone shooting comps next to me spikes my blood pressure. Surefire’s new Warden seems to be a great answer to that issue though.
Flash hider. The blast baffle thing is men. You won’t notice much of a degredation of your can when your blast baffle starts taking wear.
Went with a FH, 7.5 in barrel … Thanks for the info, now i need to look into an adjustable gas block
