Muzzle Brake Options for AK-74

I just purcased an Arsenal SGL 31 and while the stock muzzle brake seems to work well but there is a lot of flash so I’m wanting to find one that manages muzzle climb and also cuts down on the muzzle flash. I was wondering what options are out there and what people recommend since this is my first AK. Most brakes that I find that I like are for the 47 with a 14x1 mm thread and I need a 24x1.5 mm thread. Thanks for the help.

Frankly, just get a flash hider made for the 74. The recoil in semi is so minimal anyways.

Your choices are very limited when it comes to muzzle brakes/flash supressors for 24mm threads. This is really all I could find. None of them really toted themselves as being a dual purpose flash hider and muzzle brake. Just a flash suppressor.

You might contact Rifle Dynamics and see what they have available/recommend: http://www.rifledynamics.com/

Manticore Arms makes some stellar 24mm stuff. They make both a flash hider and a compensator.
