What the hell ever happened to journalistic integrity? i mean, didn’t it use to be a point of pride to be unbiased and just reporting the facts? Maybe I am too idealistic.
It’s not really indicative of her hatred for guns or white males…generally those are just policies that they have learned go along with the way they want the world to be. It’s indicative of the way her brain works. They aren’t comfortable in their own skin making their own decisions. They are happier and more comfortable with someone “trusted” telling them what to think and do. They don’t comprehend the very notion of individual responsibility, so to them those that do must surely be just saying those things to gain their own power over other people. The believe that humans must be herded. Look at polls of democrats in the days after 9/11. Almost universally they approved of the way Bush was handling it…because before their ideology caught up with them, they loved someone in a position of power being authoritative and protective.
They are the ones who needed guidance. They read instructions carefully. They trust authority. Those of us who were intent on sticking our hands on the stove to verify if it was indeed hot do not have that same brain. We are perfectly capable of listening to actual authorities and determining the truth for ourselves…hopefully without doing anything that’s the equivalent of sticking our hands on hot stoves.
I’m sure all 1736 people that actually watch MSNBC are in total agreement that the NRA casts all the deciding votes in the Senate. I mean why would (MS)NBC lie about such things?

So thanks to NRA power and Senate cowardice, we are left with no surgeon general during a time when, we not only have Ebola arriving on our shores, but are also dealing with the mysterious Enterovirus, which is infecting and contributing to the deaths of children in the U.S.
Obama and the democratic party are attempting to capitalize on the emerging Ebola crisis, and much like the Obama/Holder Gun walking scheme, they are personally responsible for the emergence of Enterovirus d68, which was vectored into the USA by illegal alien Latin American children, whom Obama personally ordered dispersed into each of the fifty states! Maybe if they quit trying to run gun control through the back door via medical conditions, they could have a confirmed surgeon general.
Maybe if gun control wasn’t an article of faith for the DNC, they wouldn’t try to enact it by whatever means they find necessary. (At the 2012 DNC to nominate Obama/Biden, Montana Democratic governor Brian Schweitzer’s speech was never aired and he was booed by attendees - for criticizing Mitt Romney’s history of supporting gun control.)

One of the co-authors of this nonsense - Krystal Ball - ran for congress in VA on the Dem ticket a few years ago when I lived there. At the time she claimed to be an NRA member and supporter of the 2nd amendment. I would be interested to know if she has maintained her membership or if that was just for campaign season? I don’t necessarily have a problem with NRA members criticizing the organization, but as others have expressed, this is kind of a stretch.
