Question!! Does anyone know if MSA/Paraclete BALCS cut IIIA soft armor (Twaron). Will fit in a Maratime Eagle CIRAS size medium or do I need a different cut?

As long as it is medium BALCS cut (not RAV cut) then it will fit.
