Mount opinions?

hey does anybody know if this is a good mount or not? http://www.amazon.com/Tactical-Mount-Attach-Carry-Handle/dp/B001BQXXQ0/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&m=A3VW7SN5AUIBC8&s=sporting-goods&qid=1226544240&sr=1-1

if not can somebody point me in the right direction of one of a similar design that is good quality?

Steer clear. I usually don’t advocate A.R.M.S. Mounts but:

“Great” minds think alike as I advised the use of the A.R.M.S. 16A yesterday:). Its only about $20.00 more so…

Remco: Heed Snakes words my friend: Steer Clear.

OperationParts has a couple in-stock: http://www.operationparts.com/ARMS_2_AR_15_CARRY_HANDLE_SCOPE_MOUNT_RAIL_p/2.htm

I think the word “Airsoft” in the product features section tells you everything you need to know about that mount

Remco,

Start off with something good, man. You DONT have to spend a lot of $$$ , either. Getting something “cheap” is a better way to spend MORE money because when it craps out on you you will spend more money to replace it.

Here is an idea: Take your cash and buy a 24/7 BIG DOT or Trijicon front sight post and also get a good flashlight and rail piece kit to mount on your weapon. You will have a good set up for home def and a good platform to practice “the basics” with.

Dont get blinded by the whole “Ballistic Velcro/SWAT Ninja” thing (unless of courese you really are a Ninja  ). Getting crap kit and gear will set you further behind from where you want and where you should be in owning this type of weapon.

ok glad i asked. i definatly didnt notice the airsoft thing in there hahaha otherwise i wouldnt have even considered it. i just finalized my order for the ARMS mount, thanks guys
