IDK, by designing the receiver to work with the AR magazine’s geometry?
Bolt action rifles have been feeding from double stack magazines since at least 1898. It’s not a big secret how to make it work.
I’d love to see a picture of the other side of the rifle, to see how they handled the magazine release.
the main problem is its a MOSSBERG rifle… i can shoot better groups at 200yds with an open sight AR than this thing could at 100yds with the best possible glass. they should just stick with making shotguns imo.
What were your personal averages of group sizes out of a Mossberg rifle, jared91?
I try to reserve judgment until I handle something personally… but yes, my past experience with mossy rifles would lead me to that same conclusion. 
IF the rifle can shoot, this would be great for varmintin’.
out of the 5 3 shot groups fired, i averaged in groupings 4.5 inches, from a mossberg 4x4 in .270, with a vortex scope, shooting prone from a bipod. 
i dont usually open my mouth about the quality of guns unless i have handled and fired them. friend’s rifle had exactly 1200 rounds of ammo through it, handloaded .270 with sierra boat tails.

no problem man, maybe this rifle will be a great improvemant from mossberg in their rifle line up. i love their 500 shotgun and a few other shotguns, they are the AKs of the shotgun world and will take anything thrown at them, so im not biased against them too too much

The spring in a semi auto magazine is much stiff than that of a bolt gun.
A) I doubt your claim
B) The bolt on a bolt gun can be operated with FAR more force than a semi’s ever could be.
This isn’t the first time that a bolt gun has been successfully setup to run on AR mags. There have been conversions for M700s for years.
