Do MOE handguards only work with standard FSB’s or will they work with a flip up FSB?
If your flip-up front sight still retains the front handguard cap, it should work with the MOE units.
They are great handguards. When they first came out, I thought they looked like something from TAPCO. However, I’ve ditched most of my rails for MOE guards after I finally handled a set of them a few months ago.
I like them too. I have one M4 set up with all Moe furniture and the Magpul MBUS. It’s going to be my “lightest weight” gun, probably with an Aimpoint T1 when I’m done with it. The MOE handguards feel great to me, much better than M4 handguards.
I got the MOE stock, handguards, and grip and the MBUS for less than $150 total. Great stuff at a great price. Now if I just had enough for the T1…
