Does anyone know if magpul is ever planing on producing a MOE handguard for rifles with midlength handguards? Tried searching and couldn’t find anything on this subject.

They don’t make one now, and they refuse to discuss things that they may or may not do in the future.
There was a thread in the Magpul industry forum on TOS pointing out the desire for just such a device. Dr. Drake joined in saying that he really wishes that magpul would produce such an item. 
I have a feeling that it is on the drawing board. If/when it will ever be available is anyones guess.
