i’ve recently noticed several mods/staff members have gone back to regular guys, but i haven’t noticed any new mod/staff members
are we cutting back on moderation? are guys just getting sick of moderating and calling it quits? sup?
Good question.
We have had some minor turn over for sure, but this has happened before and will most likely happen again. In my experience this is completely normal for a forum as big as M4c. We are currently in the process of promoting some current moderators to staff positions, and soon a few members will be asked to be moderators to fill these vacancies. Rest assured M4c will not skip a beat and our members will not notice a thing. M4c considers itself extremely lucky to have such a large pool of current staff, mods, and members to draw from for these positions.

Not to mention the fact that being a mod on a busy site can be very time consuming. Sometimes folks just run out of cycles, life happens to us all.

Despite the BK in your name, I’m trying to follow the trail, but have become lost. Maybe your a better shooter or just a better person when wearing them?

the pic of me was me sitting at my desk showing off a hat and vest my mother-in-law sent me for my birthday… my wife wanted to send it to her to… what? i guess give her the proof and satisfaction that i actually wear the shit she sends me. i made the most dumb-redneck pose i could come up with, and it was really convincing. it made me laugh every time i looked at it, so i put it in the avatar… but the effect was lost on such a small resolution, so i put up the blue-on-white BKs i’ve had in my profile picture for a while now.

Do the mods/admin on this site have to meet any certain requirements before being appointed as such? Or are they simply appointed based upon suggestions from current Moderators/Staff/Admin. This question is based on pure curiosity. Thanks.

I can think of at least one place that needs term limits worse than congress.
Gotta admit as far as the staff changes go it was kinda strange to read one of Templar’s posts (which is always very informative) and not have it say staff by his user name. I think I’ll get over it though.
