The real model 19.
We all know that wheel gun sounds like real gun.
From humble beginnings we can get some great things.
That is SICK
I drool over your creations…
Joe,
What stocks are those?
Nice work. There’s just something about the lines on the 2.5" M19 and M66 that always got me going.
That is a very handsome gun.
I’m not Joe but the grips looks like those sold by Precision Gun Specialties, they’re called the Hideout grips. I have a pair of them for my 2" model 10.

That is a cool looking model 19. Those guns are real good shooters and carry well too in a good piece of leather IWB, like a Summer Special from Sparks.
Thank you all.
As to grips you are correct sir.
Yep. I have a pair of the textured ones in gray on my 3" 66. They are extremely functional for carry.
+1. Very nice work sir! Been trying to find a 4" version for a while now.
Just…wow. ONE DAY…while Im still able to shoot, and shoot well, Im gonna treat myself to a fine piece like this. I love revolvers, and I especially love Old World Craftmanship like this.
Good Job, sir!!
Thank you for the compliments I love to do revolver work.
Absolutely beautiful.
I had one just like it a few years back. I traded it off like a moron.
“One day” is often code for “never”. Do it now! Joe’s work is reasonably priced and speedy. He worked on a 629 for me a few years ago.
God, I love the functional art that comes out of Mr. Smith’s shop.
Thank you.
The words that you write humble with me.
Incredible work.

Congrats! I just picked up another one at a damn good price! Pristine condition! 2.5 inch barrel! Love it!
Grunt Out!
NICE 19! I've been intending to order a couple of the Hideout grips, they are cheap at Brownells.Just can't decide between the smooth or textured.Hard to tell the difference in the photos.Any recommendation?
The smooth grips are dark black and the others are gray if that helps.
