Hey is thier anyone here that can possibly let me use thier moacks around the Dayton area in Ohio. If nobody wants to use thier moacks could someone possibly point me in the right direction to a reputable gun shop that might charge me to have them do it. I think Grants shop is about 2 hours from here. i just need to stake a Bolt Carrier.

Why can’t you do it yourself with a good (Starrett) automatic center punch or at least a hammer and center punch?

A hammer and center punch is all you need. The 23&P pages 0013-1 to 0013-3 covers the process.
