That’s cool and all, but what is there to ensure EVERYTHING gets released? Some douchebag CIA or FBLie scum standing there picking out this or that as it comes off the presses (so to speak) and we get yet another sanitized report. I don’t trust the Deep State past where I can throw them. Those CIA/FBLie assholes are the ones who begged Trump not to release it all during his first term. Now knowing how he feels about them I have zero doubt they will have someone there to oversee what gets released, whether POTUS likes it or not.

I totally agree, I’m not sure why LBJ didn’t demand they release it all.

Self incrimination?

This!! Exactly is why.

I don’t think any big smoking gun evidence will come from the declassified docs. Maybe some embarrassing info about the FBI and such, nothing that changes the narrative LHO did it and was a loan actor.

Yea, I was wondering the same. Is this just a way to appease the public so they can say “see, we told you there is no conspiracy” or is this a release of everything. We will see.

Tucker went over this awhile back and drew it out pretty well on who was in charge of what with Nixon and Watergate. All the people involved and how the CIA was tied to things made you definitely go hmmm.

Another thought I had was, how much of it is redacted? Much of the UFO stuff that gets released is so redacted as to be essentially useless.

That and toss in to the mix a high likelihood of withheld/omitted pieces from day one followed up with 6 decades of ample opportunity to steal/destroy.

Can’t wait, 106 pages of black lines, redacted nothingness.

Maybe I’ll be wrong. I really don’t expect any ground breaking truth to emerge though, as Brink said.

If the conspiracy is as serious as it probably was, then why would it allow evidence to sit around waiting to be declassified?

Right? It like that joke about well documented conspiracies.

“We fixin to do some seriously nefarious shit Bob. Make sure you take good notes!”

Exactly. Methinks one of the tenets of such operations is to NOT leave paper trails.

Correct. IF anything comes of it the info will come from the investigation documents. I highly doubt any conspirators (if they existed at all) would have filed a written report of their doings; this wasn’t like some CIA op in another country to destabilize the government, this was murdering the POTUS.

Only fly in the ointment is the FBI’s and CIA’s adamant opposition to Trump wanting to release it in his first term. Why so defensive? I don’t wanna hear about “confidential informants” 60+ years later, that don’t cut it.
