Hello this is my first post, So I’ve been looking around on here and found some useful information on building a mk12 mod 1 clone but still have a few questions i can’t seem to find answers on. First i’m using a stripped dpms lower. I know what kinds of barrels to look into and rails sights and triggers. What I don’t know is what stripped upper i should get and will fit good on my dpms lower or to go billet or forged. I can’t to go all out and just buy one the many complete uppers for this right now so I am just piecing it together. Which gas system is best for this ie intermediate/mid or rifle length? And also which BCG is best for this? Any information on this would be greatly appreciaited.
