Vince Flynn, author of the Mitch Rapp series, has died of prostate cancer at age 47. Yikes! He’s a local guy whom I’ve met on a couple of occasions. Very sad to see him go. He was a truly nice guy.

That is a real shame. I truly enjoyed his books. He will be missed.
I thought I had heard he was recovering, I guess maybe he was and then took a turn for the worse. In any case, very sad.

And to think I was pissed about your title ruining a few unread books! I met him once at a book signing. I was on duty at the time and he left a real nice inscription for me. Class act.
