Now it depends on how you are looking at this.
On one hand ICE is responding to Illegal Aliens mostly with crimminal backgrounds.
The other part of this, all of the graft and bribery on the taxpayer dime that has nothing to do with Crimminal Aliens.
Why not connect the two, obviously there are connections and then RICO the whole boat load of them?

Well if you look at exactly what happened in the time line, nobody went Bat Crap Carzy until the News of the Day Care, Autism Care Medicaid, Hospice and Travel scams had been exposed.
Rather I would suppose randomly ICE steps up it’s intrest in Minnesota., Now I don’t know which came first, the Chicken or the Egg, but I do know that
A) Waltz knew about this for some time and worked with the State AG to cover it up.
B) It is only logical that these two operations overlapped, it is because all of these folks are working together and Everyone is Dirty.
So lets just save some time and RICO this and scoop them all up at once.

Conservatives continue to make the mistake of reusing to acknowledge that this is a war. They continue to blindly play within the rules against an enemy which does not care about rules. So in MN and the rest of the Dem states, this is exactly how it works. Taxes are raised and funding allocated by the state government for “child care” or “low income health assistance”, etc. This funding then goes not to departments in the state government where it would need to be accounted for with information available via FOIA requests but to NGOs in block grants. These NGOs, which are run mostly by Dem insiders and former government officials/aides, then skim much of that money for “operating expenses” which includes large salaries to the Dems running them and kickbacks in the form of campaign contributions. The rest of the money that then goes to the “intended” recipients, none of whom are white thanks to the rules in MN and other Dem states requiring minorities get preferential treatment in allocation of funds, is wholly unvetted by design and much of it goes to entities that are in fact shell companies set up to defraud the taxpayer. These entities are “inspected” by Dem operatives in the departments technically overseeing the programs but the fix is in as those operatives know exactly what they’re not supposed to look for and many don’t even bother to show up at the sites to do the inspections while filing fraudulent reports. The money paid to these entities then is used to bankroll the recipients’ lavish lifestyle while paying off community leaders for illegal voting activities (ballot harvesting, etc) with additional kickbacks going back to the campaigns of Dem politicians.

Here’s what I’d like to see: give these ICE/CBP officers batons (I don’t see them using any). Authorize a two-handed grip, with a full-force swing, kinda like Babe Ruth swinging for the bleachers. Forget body shots, these need to be placed right alongside their heads. Let’s call it “skullcrackers”. Sure, it would kill most and those it didn’t would be getting coloring books for Christmas. It would greatly satisfy me to see these neo-hippies getting beaten mercilessly. WHACK!!! I am soooo sick of them. They have a right to peacefully protest, even though what they’re protesting is retarded. However, once they start getting involved with and interfering in ICE operations they cross the line.
