Is there a pdf file we can download that states the Military Specifications w/ rgds to the M4 Carbine?
Specially the part that says… barrel has to be 1/7 twist?
Look in TM 9-1005-319-23&P dated Nov 2008. It specifically states the 1 turn in 7 in. on page 0002-4 under Physical Characteristics, Mechanical Features.
