  • I’m posting this in hopes that someone may get some useful info out of it. I see a lot of questions being asked and some real poor answers being given; maybe this will help folks sort out the truth from the erronet.

A little FYI-

The 23&P appears to include only up to change 5. I believe the most current is now change 8. Probably not a major deal as the basics are still there.
