Honestly, unless there is another huge demand that necessitates Glock importing Austrian proofed handguns, they will be collectible. But I’m going to keep shooting mine.
The only “collectable” Glocks out there are a few 25s and 28s that sneaked into the wild thanks to people playing monkey shines with LE creds.
Which is why Glock clamped down on that.

They already do, along with the G21 with that different rail! I constantly see them go for a little more than the same thing but without the proof marks or rails. In the last month I saw 3 different 19.2 with Austrian proofs sell for about $50 more. Not a big difference but it’s there
I bought mine 19.2 Austrian because I wanted a second 1 as a backup. It happened to be the only used one available at the store
