Thinking of possibly undertaking a build, possibly a mega billet lower and dsa zm4 middy upper. Never really thought about going the billet lower route until now so my question is… Can i slap a regular upper on a billet lower or is there some special considerations when using “billet” lowers vs. regular lower & upper configurations? Thanks

I recently purchased a Mega Billet Lower, and I would recommend you purchase the matching upper as it is machined from the same block of aluminum as the lower and matches perfectly. It also comes with the billet charging handle. I ended up paying $380, which I think is a great deal.
