I’ve decided to build a Mega Billet Recce Rifle. But after lots of searching I found out that the FF rail I wanted won’t work with this upper:( Does anyone know what FF rails WILL work for the Billet Mega uppers?
I did not know that some rails were not compatible with the Mega receiver. Which one did you want to use that would not work?

Well I want the Samson Evolution rail. But i know it has those anti rotation tabs on it. After looking at the upper alot I noticed it isn’t like the forged lowers on the front. Does that rail have those tabs on it?
I’ve seen your setup before Amac, Looks Great! Any idea if the Samson Evo would work with that lower? I tried emailing Samson Mfg, but got no responce yet.
Well Samson Got back with me and said that the Evo rail they sell WILL in fact work with the mega billet upper. I’ll just need to file the tabs a little to make them fit. So if anyone else is wondering, Mega billet uppers do work with Samson Evolution rails.
Great looking rifle. I like the Phase 5 Extended Bolt Release.
