What do the numbers and letters mean on the back of Bravo Company’s t-shirts? Thank you.

2

Also been wondering this.

3

Chesty Puller’s service number?

4

What are the numbers?

5

Well… I have a couple sets…

USA21056621

and

7 (then a delta triangle) 68-1 B-6

6

Hm. It’s a puzzle!

It could be an old service number, the 21 million range was apparently army or air national guard, so it isn’t Chesty nor Paul, who were Marines.

Could be map grid coords but it’s missing a number or letter…

Probably a serial number. The first two numbers (21) would indicate a NG member. Old army & AF serial number are: RA/AF - regular enlisted, US - draftees , ER reservists. NG national guard. The 2nd # would be the Army Area they came from. 21 would be a NAtional Guardsman from the 1st Army area. BUT, sometimes, they borrowed numbers from other areas…

Necro… But google took me here and I am curious as well.

I had one and the numbers on it were grid coordinates for the 9/11 attacks. I had it on at a EAG Tactical class and Pat told me that.
