Mayflower Carrier Sizing

Need help determining what size Mayflower carrier to get. I have searched and have yet to find something I could understand in relation to sizing. Plates dictate the size of the carrier? So what would a guy who is 6’, 220, with a 49" chest need? My apologies if my search fu has been weak.

You should contact the vendor for a definitive answer, however, a L or XL would likely be appropriate as your body needs L or XL eSAPI plates

Sounds like we are the same size, but you do more bench presses than I do. I can wear either the L or XL SAPI/ESAPI but prefer the L. I wear a size L Mayflower rig and it works well.

I recently acquired some plates that are supposedly US issued triple curve plates in size L that barely fit this carrier. Remember that most carriers made for SAPI are… made for SAPI. These plates hang about an inch low due to the shape conflicting with the carrier pouch.
