Anyone have any info about a tentative release date? End of the year? Next spring???

I’m a newbie here so I’ll ease in on a thread that interests me.
I had talked with one of the Mag Pul reps about a month and a half ago about the UBR stock. He brought it up since I was asking about the CTR stock and it’s cheek weld compared to the SOPMOD stock. I was looking to change out an A2 stock and the commercial extension on an inherited Les Baer Custom “Thunder Ranch” .223 rifle. The Mag Pul rep was very helpful since I had not ever replaced and installed an Mil Spec extension on any of my AR’s that I own.
I wanted to see pics and stuff but he said that it would be a couple of months before the UBR was available. Eventually an acqauintance at another site suggested the Vltor EMOD. I’ve got two LMT SOPMODS and the Vltor EMOD came to me through Bravocompanyusa.com Great custumer service by the way on their part.
I love the Vltor EMOD stock and bravocompanyusa sent me the LMT Mil Spec extension kit along with the stock. I got a six position rather than a five position extension.
Since the rep was so helpful with me over the phone explaining how to install the Mil Spec extension I feel I owe Mag Pul a piece of my business. I’m ordering a Mag Pul MIAD grip with some LaRue stuff at the first of the month. I’m also purchasing four Mag Pul PMAGs. I will order the UBR stock when their ready for shipment.
If any of you are the guy that talked to me at Mag Pul, thanks so much for your help and guidance, even though I went with the Vltor EMOD stock.
Funny enough Les Baer likes to use a large amount of Loc Tite on his extension and the rear retaining screw. I had to take the lower to a smith here locally who had to heat it up to loosen the Loc Tite and then clean it all out with Acetone and a wire brush. Uggggggg. He only charged me $15 for the installation. Sorry, I don’t own one single AR tool in my tool box.

Dang, it has been taking awhile. But how about that foliage green? 
Why not just confess that you have had product ready to ship for the past two years, pretend that you haven’t improved it over the initial UBR, and that you enjoy the phone calls, email, and IM on every board…
