I still dont understand how the state of CO can possibly confirm is a mag was bought before or after the ban goes into affect. Whats to stop someone from buying pmags out of state, and then bringing them to CO and saying they are preban/purchased by him before the ban? pmags are not dated. I understand how they could not be considered preban during the last ban because they weren’t even manufactured before the first ban. but now?

Am I missing something?
