My buddy in Afghanistan wants to get a Magpul PRS stock for his M4. His question is when the stock is raised up, does the stock gets in the way of the charging handle?

No it doesn’t. I had one on a SPR but it was too heavy, swapped it out with a sopmod, and looking to get rid of it.
The CH can be retracted all the way with the cheek riser extended upwards…
