What are Magpul “Lumpy Plates”??? Never heard of them…
Also,
Can anyone tell me about the regular Magpul mags, which have that clear window to see the rounds inside??? Are those mags actually manufactured by C Products???

L plates. The flat rubber base plates that magpul makes such as on the above pic, left mag.
Yes, the metal mags with the Magpul view window are CProducts mags.
Just a word on the view windows. The PMags will be available with and without it. It is not to view the rounds in the mag though. There is a colord mark on the mag spring. When the mag is empty, you cant see the mark. Fully loaded with 30 rounds, the mark will be visible in the bottom of the window. Half full or approx 15 rounds, mark will be in the middle. Only a few rounds left, mark will be at the top of the window.

My right leg is sore from stomping on these stupid things all weekend. By Sunday, instead of stomping on them myself I would find the largest man in the booth and ask him to try his best. I never could get one to crack, but I’ll do that this week even if it means running them over with Richard’s tractor.
Regarding the feed lips, I’ve personally witnessed one of our engineers load a PMAG with 30 solid brass dummy rounds and drop it lips down on the concrete in our warehouse without incident. By no means is that scientific, but it certainly exceeded my expectations. You will see better tests and posted results in the coming weeks and months, I assure you.
So when you make a batch are you gonna repeatedly do the stomp test and then when it passes mark that batch with something like SST for Super Stomp Test? Then maybe one day we can fight about mags marked versus non marked mags…
One gentleman from another company bit the magazine when we asked him to step on it…that was interesting.
It was probably better than the hotdog…

Nick- in case it’s not quite clear, you are looking at a Pmag. He already got his care package. It’s MINE that hasn’t shown up yet…
If you start shooting photos as well as Stickman, and bend over backwards to get me my shots literally within hours of my deadline after tearing open an over-night package from UPS, we can work something out. 
Stickman saved my ass BIGTIME with our catalog. Anyone who has seen our spiral bound booklet will recognize his work.
