I have a very good condition MS3 Sling in black with clips on both ends as well as an Impact Weapon Component front sling mount for it. This sling mount is made for 1.75" free float tubes which includes all Troy hand guards as well as Rainier Arms and Samson.

The crust in the photos is a little bit of blue thread lock on the mating surfaces. Once mounted you won’t see any of the crust. It looks like new.
