Magpul Moe Handguard for Gas Piston

I saw on magpul’s site that the new 2010 moe’s will be piston compatible (don’t need to dremel them down.) I’m interested in the carbine length ones. My question is

  1. Are they out yet?

2)If they are, how do i tell (via the internet) that the one i am purchasing is indeed the newer compatible version. Are they marked somehow?

Don’t know - cut down mine for a Stag Model 8 a few weeks ago.
