Magpul LR-20 Question

I searched around but didn’t find an answer to this. Now keep in mind, I don’ t actually have a rifle for these yet…:haha:

But, I had couple of them out examining yesterday and I noticed that I could get the follower to hang up if I pushed down on it on the front. Kind of like you can get a USGI black follower in an aluminum mag to hang up.

Is this normal? I have plenty of 5.56 PMAGS and I can’t get them to hang up like this (and I tried:thank_you2:).

Again, I haven’t actually fired these in a rifle yet, so they probably feed fine but before I went whining to Magpul I wanted to see if this was normal.

Anyone have some they can check?

Thanks guys, if no one else has this problem, my next email will be to Nick.

LR20s dont have an anti tilt follower.

Ive got over 3k through mine (about 15 mags) and never had an issue with them.

I figured as much, looks like it would be difficult to do that and still have staggered feed with a 7.62 round.

Just wanted to make sure since I only have one “vintage” of mags and no rifle to test them with.

I had read somewhere there were some issues with the early mags but I wasn’ sure how early that was.

I appreciate the response Belmont.
