I respect your opinion but you gotta remember every hat takes some breaking in. I betcha in a year a two after wearing it, it will look nothing like that pic. Expect my next post in this thread for 2011

Yep, I agree. As much as I love Magpul gear, that hat is a no-go. If it was just a plain low profile hat with the patch/emblem I would be all over it though.
Im very fond of my Noveske hat, MagPul should use one similar or identical
I have one and the design is very innovative.
I don’t think it was made for looks but function like most magpul things. That hat is magpul all the way. I respect everyone’s opinion though.
So…What some of you guys are saying Is… If It Isn’t “exactly” like the one that the Magpul Instructors wear…You don’t want one?

First of all, NO. Second of all, its ok to want something different than whats offered. Its not about what Chris and Travis wear. Its about a certain style. Not every one wants a huge patch panel.

It’s not about that at all. Personally, the caps worn by Costa and Haley would’ve been exactly what I was looking for. They didn’t have to be exactly like that.
The point is that I find the caps with the patch panels to be, in a word, hideous.
I did just check magpul.com to see if they were still there, and they are now offering a more traditional logo cap. And guess what…I am interested in that one, but thank you for being concerned about my personal preference!

I know I’m going to get banned from this site, but i have seen some Chinese airsoft replicas floating around the Internet, sorry i know i shouldn’t have said that.
Why would you be banned? I have also seen the Magpul Airsoft Replicas.
I don’t know if he was just being sarcastic about getting banned, but either way, what do airsoft knock-offs have to do with this thread?
