Magpul Boulder airlift orders?

I got through finally and got it straightened out.

We received about seventy-bazillion orders is what’s up.

Sincere apologies for the delays. We’ve added 10 small package shippping stations, 20 new phone lines, temp staff in customer service, and we’re crashing our phone and e-mail provider’s servers with the traffic.

As long as you aren’t trying to order 30 rounders with a Denver address, and you didn’t receive an e-mail about any problems with your order, your order should be shipping shortly.

We re-shuffled some things in the shipping department to eek out some additional efficiencies, and that also slowed us a bit, but we’ll be catching up on thousands of airlift orders by Monday.

Excellent!

I thought you’d have received even more orders than that.

I’m in no rush for the shipping. I know you guys are swamped. I just wanted to be sure the charges going onto and falling off my card were legit, which they are.

That’s all I was concerned about. What you guys are doing is amazing and I don’t mind waiting.

Thank you!

Bummed the program went from 10 to 5 mags max…but am thankful and respectful of Magpul’s ethics & stance.

don’t blame me, not all of us are socialist, ill-informed idiots

I’m bummed that you changed your policy at the 11th hour from no Denver shipping addresses to no Denver credit card billing addresses, even if shipping outside Denver.

Sorry on the address…lawyers are to blame for that.

5 each sku is the limit because we were seeing too many show up on auction sites from CO sellers trying to sell at 3 or more times MSRP. Some folks were apparently ordering the max and selling half on the secondary market.

Feeding into the market frenzy doesn’t help anyone, and those extra mags can go into normal distribution at normal prices instead of being scalped.

The point was to offer the opportunity for CO residents to get mags that they would keep in their hands before the law is enacted, not supply eBay resellers in a time of high demand.

There’s always someone willing to ruin a good deal.

I got my 10 via magpul Leo program… they aren’t for sale  bug thanks to magpul… now move to Oklahoma

I guess between our politicians and your attorneys we’re all screwed.

Petulant much?

It definitely makes me feel pretty good about Magpul that they’ve taken some of the stances they have. Even if no matter what they do, some will still criticize them.

Glad you’re progressing well on helping out our friends behind the lines in CO. I wish companies had done the same when I was in California. When we were coming up on our deadlines, all we got was products being sold at 500% over retail.
